Every Fiscal Year FLAXA member factory must renew their membership for continuous getting service from the Association. The annual membership renewal fee is 66,700 BDT (for both Limited Company and Proprietorship).
Here, for getting a renewal certificate every factory must be conducted compliance assessment as per FLAXA standard checklist by FLAXA compliance cell. After satisfactory assessment by FLAXA, compliance cell forwards the membership certificate for renewal.
Factory having one or more Zero Tolerance (ZT) issues will not be considered for renewal of membership.
Association conduct compliance audits twice in a year to a member factory. Conduct of yearly audit with passing grade (E Grade; 40% Marks) is a necessity for renewal.
Presence of 5 or more Major Non-Compliance issues will be considered as one ZT issue. Maximum 4 Major Non-Compliance may be accepted for renewal.
All membership has to be renewed by 31st December of the particular FY. Any member fails to renew its membership by 31st December, all service from the Association to that factory will be suspended from 01 January of the subsequent year.
